Designer of the Season

1. Information

The title DESIGNER OF THE SEASON is specifically established for the top of the fashion world and it is the traditional, highest award given in the field of fashion design in the Czech Republic. It is awarded to one of the authors who presents himself/herself through an integrated original collection at PRAGUE FASHION WEEK and it is awarded by the organizer upon the decision of the Fashion academy. It represents the category model art works. With this award the Fashion Academy expresses its appreciation of the author’s high creative potential and work in the particular season. The title can be awarded repeatedly. The condition is that the collection must be introduced for the first time.
The holder of the title DESIGNER OF THE SEASON becomes a member of the Fashion Academy automatically.
